Above and beyond...

Been a while since I last posted on here... a 'lil over 10 days! Prepping for end-of-sem finals, so I'll leave you all with a little vignette (a far cry from my previous post :p) to ponder over, either your school holidays, weekend, study break, or just food for thought ^_^

Law... what should be defined as law?... who decides what law is?... By dictionary definition, law is:
law

  7. Mathematics. A general principle or rule that is assumed or that has been proven to hold between expressions.
  8. A principle of organization, procedure, or technique
A famous saying goes, "Rules are meant to be broken," which points otherwise...
Should we follow the law? or should we use our own instincts?...
Should we put the law into our own hands?
Should we be judge, jury and executioner all at the same time?
Should we uphold the law at the expense of others? or
Should we be lawless and cause death, destruction, disease, dread, darkness, devoid of life...

So what will it be?...
Decisions these are... ever present, never ending...

i hate law, its smelly, all the judges and lawyers are money driven, ur best defence is the most expensive defence u can afford. justice is lost as people choose the best presentation of facts and exclusions of fabrications without weighing the facts themselves. judiciary law has failed, must all revert to common law history with one man as judge, jury and executioner, i.e...judge dread...then everything will work juuuuuuust fine. no innocent people will b wrongly convicted, just wrongly killed (non-scalar capital punishment, i.e. murder/parking fine not payed both carry death penalty, and if they're wrongly kiled they cant complain.
