A resolution.

Today has really been an eye opener for me.
I've got to stem the slide.
I MUST I MUST.
It's a total disgust.
I will not hide.

Polar bears can wait.
Heroes is late.
Distractions are bait,
To decay and waste.

Those don't rhyme much, but I hope to express the meaning across.
